After achieving my childhood dream of being an architectural engineer and builder, I was left with a greater desire to build up leaders and teams rather than buildings. Throughout my diverse experiences in the field, I have uncovered a blueprint on how to build leadership & passion that is fireproof.
Now I am on a personal & professional mission to inspire, encourage, and empower people and leaders like you to unlock your potential and build a life that is unique & authentic to your greatest personal & professional aspirations & convictions. My Career Journey
Early in my career I was fortunate to have accomplished everything I could have hoped for and more. I was nationally recognized as the nation’s New Face of Civil Engineering. Voluntarily, I worked alongside peers in designing and building pedestrian footbridges across Central America, South America, and Africa. Professionally, I worked on massive construction projects including an NFL stadium, healthcare & pharmaceutical projects, and on two 50-story skyscrapers, one of them being internationally.
Despite these achievements, I was left with more questions than answers - perhaps even deep revelations - and with a greater sense of purpose. I quickly learned that any engineering marvel being built or any professional or personal goal being pursued is all about how we steward and confront the inner game going on within us. How we lead ourselves impacts how we lead others. How we lead ourselves impacts our journey to becoming the best version of ourselves. How we lead ourselves impacts how we show up in the workplace and at home. How we lead ourselves impacts how we build a life of fulfillment, destiny, & impact - a life of deep purpose.

My passion for building engineering marvels was soon overshadowed by a greater purpose - to build leaders, teams, and organizations that thrive and flourish - or as I like to say operate with a passion and leadership that is fireproof.
I consider my career pivot into leadership coaching & consulting as not only a calling but a commitment to empower you, your team, and your organization to reach beyond potential and live it out regardless of the internal or external threats that try to extinguish the flames of one's deepest authentic potential.
