NICE TO MEET YOU
I'm Steven F. Mezzacappa
After achieving my childhood dream of being an architectural engineer and builder, I was left unfulfilled, depressed, and burnt out. I spent nearly my whole life living under the motto to “follow your passion.” But after years of deconstructing my faith and the life I had built for myself; I uncovered a different blueprint to purposeful living that’s rooted in truth, integrity, and purpose.
Now I am on a personal mission to inspire, encourage, and empower people and leaders like you to unlock your potential and build a purposeful life. I would be honored to be a part of your journey to building a passion with purpose.

My Story
By the age of 23 I had accomplished everything I could have hoped for and more. I was nationally recognized as the nation’s New Face of Civil Engineering. Voluntarily, I worked alongside peers in designing and building pedestrian footbridges in Panama. Professionally, I worked on massive construction projects including an NFL stadium, healthcare & pharmaceutical projects, and on two 50-story skyscrapers, one of them being internationally.
Despite these achievements, I was left anxious, lost, and confused. My confusion turned into depression, and I found myself battling in a war I never thought I would take part in – the war on mental health and spiritual warfare; or as I like to call, “The War on Passion.”
Through years of resolve, recovery, and reflection, I learned that building a life of fulfillment, destiny, and impact is all about building a passion with purpose that is fireproof.

Why I Do It
I had to learn the hard way that living a life of passion is like playing with fire. If not properly contained, it can cause chaos and destruction; but if properly placed and stewarded, it has the potential to bring about unimaginable purpose in one’s own life and in the lives of those they touch.
While the world continues to urge others to follow passion, I have made it my personal mission to inspire, encourage, and empower others to build passion – a passion that is fireproof. This way, people and leaders like you can experience fulfilling lives while making an impact - amidst any season of trial, suffering, and adversity.
